The day after my farewell

It was a wonderful night. Photo session, Dinner and DJ replaced goodbyes, sorrow faces and final rituals which includes hugging and crying stuff. Dinner included cool drinks, Ice- cream(big scoop of vanilla with 2 kinds sauce.), a soup which i had as soon as i reached there(I reached there a bit late.), and food. DOTA, CS players started having group photos. Suddenly an announcement for all the football players for a group photo and there we got a snap. Next cricket players did the same. All this was happening when people were trying out all the combination s among their friends to get a snap to make sure that they have a snap with every one of their friend Mano-o-Mano. All of this went for a quiet a time.

Maybe because of the lawn all over the venue the juniors did not arrange any thing to sit on and the cool lawn chilled our backs when we sat and laid there. Then came the prize distribution which is a tradition. Prizes were handed over to all the well- known people in the college from acads to games to social service to at your service guys to coders to and the list can go on. Since i just woke up and wondering only if the time had stopped I cannot remember the whole list.

Then the music filled the air around us and people started moving like puppets they being their own masters. There flew the great 2 hours with people singing along with the music even though the person next to him didn't notice him. And those who are new to the song got a new song to dance to.

Like a hang over the next day all our to do list is infront of our eyes and in our mind. We(ME atleast) some how got used to such things because DJ is a common culture in DA-IICT may it be freshers, Synapse, fairwell, Garba(starts with cultural dances though).

It was such a good night and i thank our juniors for biddidng us such a fairwell.
